Some rule modifications have been added. Coaches/Captains please review the rules for changes in female scoring, eligible team play, etc. If you have any questions please contact Commissioners. Coaches Meeting this Sunday from 3pm-5pm at Clare and Don`s Beach Shack in Falls Church for all teams interested in participating in the upcoming Fall Season. The web link is as follows: http://clareanddons.com/
The address is 130 North Washington Street, Falls Church, VA 22046. I would like for all coaches interested in joining Fall League to send at least one represenative from your team if you cannot make it yourself. It is important that all teams attend as we will be discussing new rules and giving explanation for existing rules. Spectrum believes that the League is for the teams and we as Commissioners need your input in order to form and shape the League for our participants.

We at Spectrum Sports would like to officially announce an inaugural Summer Weeknight Coed League. Season will begin on June 14, 2010. Registration is currently OPEN. If interested please email Commissioner team name and contact information to rob@playspectrum.com. Games will be played on Monday nites only at Lake Fairfax. ALL turf fields with goal posts. Registration will have to close on June 11, 2010 COB. We expect a 5-7 game season based on the amount of teams we have and we also would like input from teams whether you would like to play 60 or 70 minute games. All parameters will be based and contingent on team participation. Sign up today, do not haste. Either email or contact Commissioner Rob Holland ASAP!! Let`s get this season started already....!!!

Games tonight 11/11/09 @ Lake Fairfax field #1 are ON. The fields we have are turf and are playable in the rain. Good Luck, be safe and everyone have fun!

Season begins September 21, 2009. Schedule should be posted by Sunday. Games to be played on Monday nights (Braddock Park) and Wednesday nights (Lake Fairfax). Please view the website for the schedule.

The Co-ed League will be moving the games from Sat nite to Weeknights in order to accomodate more teams. We would like to have participant input. Please place your comments on the Messageboard. We are still currently working on the website to include more information and looking to begin the season the week of September 1, 2009.
